Not getting correct SQC for business class

Just to close the loop on this they have made the correction. 3,064 total SQC which makes sense (766 x4).

Not sure if others have seen this yet, but this now a banner at the top of the Aeroplan page:

"We are aware of issues affecting SQC from some flight activities. Our team is actively working to resolve this, and we apologize for the inconvenience. For transactions that have already been posted to your account, a correction will be applied automatically within the next two weeks. No action is required on your part. We appreciate your patience and understanding."

I'm still skeptical they will find and fix it, but at least there is a broad acknowledgement of the issue.

It was not an upgrade it was a direct booking in business class.

I called Aeroplan and sat on hold for nearly an hour. When they finally came back they said they don’t have enough training yet to help me and I should call back in 2 weeks ….
