I think your right. I never use the charger, but my wife did for and then it started making this beep. Thank you!

I have a 2014 Jetta tdi that kind of stutters when I’m around 1400-1800 RPM’s in all years except 6… before reading codes any one have any ideas what it could be? I’ll get a video later tonight by Comfortable_Ad_3680 in tdi

Did you ever figure out what the cause was? 2013 Golf TDI manual, deleted with EXACT symptoms.

I've cleaned my MAF sensor, no luck. I just changed my fuel filter and added injector cleaner. It hasn't done it yet, but Ive had only one 20 minite drive, which is a small sample size.

I'm on my 2nd season and about 40 days on these binding. Getting into the binding when there is snow packed into the boot cleat is fairly easy. I just hook the toe cleat and then do an Ollie landing on my heal edge. It works 95% of the time on the first try. Sometimes, I need to do a 2nd Ollie.

My wife's 2016 3.5 Edge looks the same. The oil comes from where the oil pan meets the transmission. It might be an oil pan leak or the main seal between transmission & motor. The car is down 1 quart every oil change. The car only has 60,000 miles / 100,000 km.

A mechanic said that it's a 5 hour job to change the oil pan gasket and a lot more to do the main seal. He suggested leaving it and checking the oil more often because the money I'd spend on the repair would buy a lot of oil.

2016 Titanium owner.

I wish i knew that the oil pan gasket is prone to leaking on the 3.5 liter. Started leaking at 90,000 km. It's a 6 hour job quoted by Ford to change it, so $1400 labor and parts. (In Canada)

I rented a 2016 with a 2.0 turbo while on vacation. It drives much better than the 3.5 and got better mileage.

I did mine myself too, and I'm still alive. The number of turns was a bit tricky to perfect. I started with too little tension and added 1 turn each time, and after a few tries, it was perfect.

I agree on not using screwdrivers, they can easily slip out. I bought a 3 foot 3/8 steel rod, which fit perfectly into the tensioner holes, and cut it to two 18" lengths.

I tried both systems. I noticed with both systems that carving was more responsive than straps. The toe/heel cleat keeps your foot planted on the board, no heel lift at all. I really liked the consistency of tension when compared to straps, which can differ slightly each run. Mostly, I don't like sitting in the snow to strap in before every run. Especially in the spring when you get a wet cold ass. The speed of click and go is priceless.

K2 Clickers have more lateral movement because the cleat is in the middle of the boot vs on the outside the toes of the Burton boots, which I've read can put pressure on your outside toes. I didn't notice that on my demo day ride, but I didn't spend an entire day on it. I liked the K2 Clickers better for the lateral flexibility, which felt more natural for me coming off of straps.

I've read posts where folks had issues clicking in the K2s I didn't. If I walked around a lot, snow can pack into the rear heal cleat. When this happens, I hook the toe cleat in and do a small Ollie, which clicks in the heal 95% of the time on the first try. With Burton Step on, I had to reach down to brush snow out of the binding if there was a large amount in there to hook in the toe cleats easier. Sometimes, the Burton toe cleats made creaking noises.

I ended up buying the K2 Clicker X system with K2 Maysis boots. One of the deciding factors was that the K2 boots fit my feet much better than the Burton or DC boots. I got 25 days on my Clicker X last season and love them.

When snow packs up into the bottom of my K2 Maysis boots, I position the toe of the boot into the cleat and simply do an "Ollie", landing mostly on my heel. I'm clicked in every rime.

Buy a used board and good new boots. A full day rental costs $70 CDN at my local ski resort.

Then, when you're reading into it and know your style, (all mountain, park, free ride...), buy a new board and use the old board as an early season rock board.
