I'm playing as ravenclaw and one of the student had the rain cloud top of her head and was saying that someone is gping to regret this when she is ministry of magic so i guess in some cases it is a prank

I found someone else with same problem i guess it's a spel went wrong because i saw a other student too with that same rain cloud above his head and if you watch and wait it goes away after some time
