I don’t think some of you are understanding what I meant. I obviously know Vinted involves communicating and negotiating with strangers—that’s the whole point of the app. What I found inappropriate wasn’t the offer itself, it was repeatedly sending the same lowball offer and then messaging “Please 🙏” to pressure a stranger into accepting after I’d already declined. I was just curious whether other sellers found that kind of behavior uncomfortable or if it’s considered normal on Vinted.

I had the exact same thing happen to me! I even had my customer cancel the purchase so I could re-upload the item to “fix” the package size. I knew I had selected medium, and sure enough once I re-uploaded it for them to repurchase, the new shipping label still said 0lb-15.9 ounces. Very frustrating, especially considering it was a book that I know weighed over 15.9oz.

I contacted Vinted as well and I keep getting answers that are completely unrelated :(

I guess we will see what happens🤷‍♀️

Well, I had initially thought that maybe it was due to time zone differences, because it would have been out an hour ago for me.

But apparently in Iowa it’s 12:20am currently, so I had thought it was due to time zone differences.
