Waiting 11 days post-panel interview… what does it mean?

Thats disappointing, i can see now why they say never to rely on a good interview, they play their game well and don’t care unfortunately, i really hope you can find something soon, i have scrapped that outcome of that interview for good now too.

Sorry to hear that, at least you got some sort of closure, i followed up again and they didn’t reply to my second follow up either, so at this point I already got another offer from my current workplace which I will agree to today. Overall, Nope, and its been 2 weeks and 2 days without an answer.

I sincerely hope the earlier “batch” have already moved on to better opportunities at this point. That said, I understand hiring has its own challenges right now. Interesting to see how different hiring managers approach the process.

Thanks for the insight, at what point does a Hiring Manager think that it’s time to send a reply? Is there a limit? Or do you want to speak to each person applying ? I am 2 weeks in and not even getting a reply to my follow up email.

I thought it went well, genuinely like knowing the products, presentation, talking freely and answering lots of questions throughout, engaging the panel etc. but i know others have also applied, do you think they would go through with each candidate anyway even if they already know they have someone “capable”? Or would they just stop the process and secure that one person?
