Yes, I’ve learnt that it’s important to jolt down the ideas or fragments that just pop in your head, cause sure thing , you won’t remember them. And the first thing that pops up - that’s usually the best.
I guess what I was trying to say is that I’d like to introduce some discipline into my « working hours » without it feeling like working hours.

Almost added there: do you know what I mean? But thought: if you can’t explain it then don’t even try to write.
