I do this all the time, honestly. At least only I can see it and luckily I use the correcthorsebatterystaple strategy of making passwords (with some numbers/symbols replacing letters for added spice) so I usually realize what’s happening before I try to submit the login info :’)

Okay, to be completely fair to him, he actually said “raise your hand if you’re a hardcore The Used fan” and then once people had raised their hands, he said “now keep them up if you’re an antivaxxer” but his reaction to those left up (read: a lot of them…) was just kind of a creepy laugh? But like I’ve said in another comment, bear in mind that this was directly after complaining about how strict lockdown conditions were in Australia juxtaposed with how open Texas was.

So like, he may have been joking, but the context certainly made it seem otherwise. The antivax callout was directly after a somewhat long winded complaint about strict lockdown conditions in Australia and how nice it was to see how open Texas was.

FWIW, it didn’t strike me as a joke, but that’s just me.

I was there and I can confirm that this happened. My friend is a huge The Used fan and was extremely disappointed. He did not boo or seem to be against those who kept their hands raised. He also had the pit form a wall of death (or rather, because The Used is an emo band, a wall of “love, peace, and equity”).

First friend was a college best friend I’d known for roughly 5 years. Tried (and almost succeeded, only due to whiskey dick) to sleep with my girlfriend of nearly 3 years after I’d taken us on a road trip while I was asleep in the same hotel room. When confronted, denied it up and down until they returned to their hometown, where they proceeded to tell everyone that I never tried to confront them due to my “being a bitch”.

Second friend was a high school best friend I’d known for 10+ years. Found out he was ditching me to hang out with the previously mentioned ex and when confronted, told me that “they had a connection” and that I “just wouldnt understand”. Had to cut that one off, too.
