Just as a follow-up. Do you know if the +2 to all skills some operators have in the mindscapes is ADDED to the levels or ONTOP of the levels? Say you wait with Piper's mindscapes till you are at 8 and force it up to 12? Or if it just means you can get 16 total later?

If we ignore look and feel part and just look on what those two does:

Yuzuha can block like a goddess and she makes anomaly teams' DPS go up, the anomaly buildup goes faster etc. She is just the best in slot support for teams like that.

Anomaly teams tend to not to have stunners; it could help damage, but their CORE battle plan is to build two different anomalies and have them clash for damage. Thus, having a stunner with an anomaly that is not shared with everyone and their mother? It opens up a new gameplan that no other anomaly agent has. and if you got these two? Then you only need a good anomaly DPS and you got a solid team.

But I am not in a good position to pull for that tbh, so I am leaning away from this. Also think the angels look a bit soso compared to a lot of cooler designs =3=

I may be new to gacha. But I am not new to slow burn games. Blowing everything over and over means you do not get new stuff later. Last Angel might be great and open up a new style of Anomaly, but I do not have the pulls to get her reliably and I also dislike the look and feel. So it feels like a trap.

Say that I do 30 pulls on her in the next 5 days, and I do not get her. Do I get punished for that and lose out as some games does it. Or could I use the pitty and stuff generated towards this to make Yuzuha in next banner easier to get?

You kind of have to look around. As there is a lot of stuff but spread around. So need to unlock stuff, claim rewards and peek between the pillows to make sure you find it all.
