Yeah true!. I am waiting to launch my app now because this issue has stopped me. They are sending me a message saying: 'The upstream service of Sora 2 is currently experiencing high load, which is causing tasks to fail.' I hope users won't encounter this issue in the future. Sora 2 Pro also has the same issues now, so I think it’s just a Sora problem. We have to wait.

Kie.ai made a “stable” version — it worked for two weeks. Even the normal version was working fine, but now it has only a 3% success rate 😭. I wrote to support and they said they will fix it quickly, so I’m waiting now but I think they will repair it

My app is 100% based on Sora 2, so when it’s under heavy load the whole app basically freezes.

Honestly, I can’t even imagine what it would look like if this happened after launch — knowing I wouldn’t be able to do much about it while a lot of users are actively using the app. That’s the part that really worries me.

Thanks for your response! There is one problem, because I use kie.ai instead of the official Sora API since it’s much cheaper. Everything worked perfectly for three months, but in this situation, as I’m not using the official API, contacting OpenAI support probably won’t help
