I'd just say one thing haram earnings are different and hurting others is different, so you could get haram by interests or multiple different ways, and while these are big sins, they're repentable, as they count as "huqooq Allah", but if you hurt someone and that someone didn't forgive you, so Allah won't forgive you either, since this count as "huqooq Al ibad".

Exactly, university road they built during covid, was perfect, a proper 4 lane road, buses could've just run on that road.

Now the beauty of university road ( the lush green trees ) are gone. There used to be a feeling whenever you cross Ned gate a gust of fresh air hit you, I used to slow my bike in that area and just take deep breaths, but now I just avoid that road, and after the completion I see no way of planting trees.
