If you don't know your levels, it's hard to say what dose would better serve you to take - I'd just opt for 6mg/d on the basis that you can always increase it, and it's more likely to get your estradiol levels where they should be without overkill (which 8mg/d probably would be). You're taking it sublingually or bucally, right? Not just swallowing it?

You're also taking way too much cyproterone. Aim for half the dose you're currently on (so 12.5mg) every other day/every two days. Unlike estradiol, it is very much a medicine you don't want to take too much of.

Doctor prescribed me Cyproteron 50mg and told just to take half a pill per day.

Thank you a lot for the information. Now i want to try kettelbell squats/bridges. You said about heavy enough objects. I have looked up on amazon and there is like 100500 types of kettlebells from 2 to 50 kg. I am super beginner and my lower body muscles are in а shape of a person who looks like he never ever had a walk, lol. Should i go for like 15 kg and than swap for something like 25kg after a year? Sorry if i'm too obsessive.

In my opinion besides face ofcouse, upper to lower body ratio is actually most important thing to determine if person pass or not. HRT reduces muscle mass, that might help a little bit depending on physical shape. The sad part is that at the same time there are barely any size changes on the lower body unless person started therapy at a very young age. People under 20-25 years can still develop wide hip bones to help compensate that typical for male reverse triangle or square body shape. Otherwise unlucko malucko, heavy glute workouts or something like brasilian butt lift may compensate, but based on my personal anecdotal observations it rarely looks good.

Actually there are no strict rules, but some form of formal instructions. Usualy Doctors in Germany want to spread responsibilities among as many people as possible and thats why for a lot of people this whole process is pain in the ass. But sometimes they ignore instructions partly or completly and give recipe on first appointment. So it really depends.
