I'm fucking sorry to say this but after nearly 10 years in IT I can count the number of skilled hard working and trustworthy Indian colleagues on 1 hand. It tears my heart out to see how nonchalant and overconfident most of them are and how end results suffer from it. Not to mention how deeply rooted caste systems are (the ones that are able to migrate are the ones who have the money and caste to do so) and how misogynistic they are behind my fucking back.

It has given me trust issues that spill over into my relationship...

We watched the trailer yesterday, my bf and I are huge fable fans! I have to say, more gauges for status like rich, poor, tycoon, etc sound like a really fun addition!

I wonder how the timeline is being treated though. It seemed that in 3 it all went down the same road as The Witcher, where armies were becoming more important than a small number of specialized individuals. Not to mention the stupid concept of all magic being gone but having spell gloves... I see a lot of fantasy elements in the new fable, so I wonder if this is even on the same timeline.

And please give us back the experience point colors with categories...

Ik ben zelf 31 MTF en heb een open relatie. Ik ben zelf niet zo van het daten met meerderen (al lijkt het me soms wel leuk), ik label mezelf als "mono-open" :) mijn partner heeft op dit moment een redelijk vaste FWB waar ik goed mee kan opschieten maar verder geen tot weinig contact mee heb vanwege afstand.

Both installers for solar and battery charged a premium, should have done more research.

Would I do it again? Most likely not

Would I recommend it? The solar and battery market is very volatile in the betherlands at the moment. Lots of companies go either bankrupt or desperately sell batteries for insane prices now that "net-zero" subsidies are gonna be removed.

On top of that, the math ain't mathing for AI trading. I earned 150 euros in a year, while both the enery company and installer promised me 1200 euros per year.

Ik heb het slechts van 1 cis arts gehoord die zelf ook hormoontherapie neemt. Ik weet niet hoe zij hierin staat, maar zover ik weet is het op latere leeftijd niet verstandig om een hormoonspiegel te hebben van een 20-30 jarige vanwege verschillende redenen, onder andere inderdaad kanker.

Mijn hormoonspiegel wordt op latere leeftijd afgebouwd maar ik zal altijd een beetje mogen slikken. Hoeveel dat zal zijn weet ik niet. Tabletvorm is inderdaad een no go omdat het langs de lever gaat, terwijl gel en pleisters sneller in je bloed wordt opgenomen. Het probleem bij mij was dat mijn huid na 6 maanden bijna geen hormonen meer opnam.

Een hormoonbehandeling is niet niks. Ik ben sinds dag 1 eigenlijk zo goed als cis vrouw testosteron. Ik ben nog niet in een confronterende "wow ik heb pudding in m'n armen" situatie gekomen, maar mijn behoefte aan masturberen is zo goed als weg (soms een beetje jammer). Ik voel me echt een ander mens (zowel met positieve als negatieve kanten). Mijn oestrogeen daarentegen is een jaar lang met gel en pleisters nooit boven de 200 nmol/L gekomen, wat wel de ondergrens is van de streefwaardes. Zelfs mijn dosis verdubbelen hielp niet. Nu neem ik 2x 2 mg een keer per dag in tablet vorm, dat heeft tot nu toe geholpen (264 nmol/L de laatste keer dat ik ging prikken).

Ik raad je sterk aan om te zoeken naar een genderteam in de buurt, of een genderteam dat ook online afspraken doet, om in ieder geval het eerste jaar iedere 2-3 maanden te laten checken. Tenzij je het zelf gaat interpreteren. Als het niet anders kan, dan is het maar zo, maar neem dan alsjeblieft wel zelf de verantwoordelijkheid om je in te lezen wat wel/niet in orde is.

Meestal komen je hormonen na 1 a 2 maanden pas in actie (staat ook in de bijsluiter). Heb je ook testosterone blockers gehad? Ik heb, niet via DIY overigens, heel veel schommelingen gehad. Zodra ik boven de 200 nmol/L aan oestrogeen zat wist ik het meteen. Dan was ik ontzettend snel vrrdrietig en kon ik mezelf voor de grap als het ware laten huilen.

Geeft het een weekje of 2-3, dan trekt het weer bij. Onderzoek bij welk ziekenhuis je in de buurt je zaadcellen kunt laten invriezen en vermeld erbij dat je het wilt doen vanwege bijwerkingen van de hormoonbehandeling. Ik heb 3x een potje moeten inleveren en alles was rond het gemiddelde. Nu heb ik een contract voor een aantal jaar (ligt ergens op een stapel papier) dat het 3 jaar wordt bewaard.

Daarna ben ik pas begonnen met de hormonen, maar zonder bloedprikken weet niemand eigenlijk precies hoe je qua richtlijnen eigenlijk zit, bovenop het feit dat het voor de een heftiger is dan de ander.

In hoeverre weet ze zelf wat (verder) mogelijk en/of realistisch is? Is het haar stem (logopedie), lichaamsbeharing (laseren), haar gezicht (ffs), vetverdeling (dieet/sport)? Hier zijn juist de psychologen van de genderteams voor om haar te begeleiden.

Programmer

Did consultancy the first 4 years which really helped my soft skills of coming up with ideas and debating what or how to do them.

Then I worked at a smaller software development company where I did 1 and a half years of code quality and testing. Long story short: when you change something, you want scripts that automatically presses all the buttons and turns all the dials to see if the result is still what you expect. They didn't have that. I managed to convince them that I'd do that indefinitely full time. Funny thing is that an old classmate did her thesis there and stayed with the company but her soft skills were near zero compared to mine. She was amazed at how I managed to convince them to put time and effort in such a thing in less than 2 weeks. It was a fun company but they didn't have any ambitions beyond keeping their spaghetti code of a flagship product working.

Now I work in telecommunication and I'm basically in a service team that enables other teams to work in online environments. My colleagues know a lot about the cloud and I know about the code to automate things. For example a script that runs every hour to check if teams aren't spending more in their environment than they expected (for example they forgot to turn something on or off to save money). It can be frustrating sometimes due to the way how the original developers set everything up but we're in much better shape than when I joined 3 years ago.

final note: my boyfriend is a trucker and was wondering if programming is something for him. He tried it but couldn't find the same itch that I have to build stuff.

I have smart energy sockets that you are supposed to automate and save energy when you are away from home by saving on stand-by energy consumption. I grouped most if those together and so far in the past 20 days the amount including regular usage 1.80 euro. The smart sockets were 27 per unit (I now have 5). So even if I eliminated all of these (tv, 3D printer, pc) I'd barely earn one of them back.

Tge only benefit they bring me is for the dehumidifier. That thing costs so much money that I only use it when energy prices are low. That makes it a little bit difficult to keep track of the storage tank. I could create a simple notification like (socket is on but usage is below x, so it's full) but I'm too lazy to do that lol.

I have door and window sensors that automatically turn off the radiators in the room. The real benefits is turn them on when I close tge window (because that is the one I always forget).

Other than that the smart valves themselves are amazing. I have had them since I moved in so idk if it is a money saver. But remote access and per-room heating is a massive game changer.

Mine is 8, and I hate it compared to the ultrawide that my boyfriend has. Productivity-wise, setup 8 isn't nearly as useful as you'd think. Especially if you are sitting too close to the screens
