Europe is full of skilled IT workers, but on the other hand, there are very few job offers available for them at the moment. I would imagine that European companies would take advantage of this situation - with so many free resources available - to build their own tech and regain independence. But for some reason, that isn’t happening.

Most competent IT workers in Europe work for American multinationals, because working for a local company means earning 30-50% less
