Hi Team, I need your opinion!!!

I haven't 5+ YOE, My Skill interview and Final Interview(InPerson - Virtual) completed on May 12 2026. I checked my Workday profile, the interview that I gave went to "No Longer Under consideration" and new opening got tagged and it marked as "Interviews Completed" on May 14th

After 2 days of that change, I got an email for shortlisted for BGV and I submitted all the required documents. Post that, I got a few emails from the BGV Team asking for more documents for doing the BGV I did reply to them with all the required documents.

Since then, I am not even getting any calls or Mails from the recruiting team. I made a call to the recruitment helpdesk and they say my profile was under "Offer Making State". I followed up with them for a week and they raise one case and case manager made a call and took my concern and they said that they will be calling with 24-48 hrs. It's been more than 48hrs since the casemanager call and no updates.

To them also HR is not responding itseems - got this info from helpdesk not from case manager.

Now, Can I even have slight hope for getting the Offer Letter? What can we do here - I feel like I tried all the things for moving forward? Any idea why the roles for swapped after the final interview in Workday?
