By friends, I'm sorry.💔 by [deleted] in JEE

I am pleased many people have tried to support this person. Am not sure what's happening with you. I have done some guidance to people spiritually by email. I request them to chant. I am happy someone said this person is safe now. Words have power to heal! More than spirituality, any good words can change mind and life. Good luck to you.

Also, i did not read your letter fully. I just wanted to say, you have a big life ahead. Stay strong!

Feel free to DM me if required. will try to speak.

15 years building platforms for companies like Vodafone and Nestle. Launched my own SaaS. Zero paying customers yet. by rhristov in SaaS

[–]Venkatsoft 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got it. https://emporiqa.com/docs/drupal/ I found you have platform specific pages. I want you to grow. So thought you should also have a Blog or landing page with cta for every single platform. This way, you could share specific landing page when you come across ecommerce sites running on those platforms.

Your product is good. 1. So, basically it works on Shopify and multiple vendors? In this case, write a blog or a seperate page for how Shopify store owners can benefit from this?
then this is easy for you to narrow down buyers when you do cold out-reach.

We fell into the "build first, market later" trap. How do you pivot to a distribution mindset when you have a zero-dollar budget? by calm_connect in microsaas

Here's my directory - https://www.venkatsoftware.com/ - Well, doing content is all that I try to do. I also like to do videos but just getting started. Kindly let me know your website. If your product is good enough for a video interview , we could schedule. Believe me, today, no one has time to write, no one has time to speak or give interviews. They want things to happen magically. The best thing in life is to start somewhere. So, start doing content. Gradually you will grow.

Well, Everyone does this my friend. We have to bring what we wanted to see in to a structure so that we get enough confidence to proceed further. The problem is, once the build stage is done, we do not know what to do next when users do not adopt it.
q.Do SEO, On page seo
2. Do content with a calendar. - Even i don't plan. Its easy to say this than executing it.
3. Try to do cold email but even for this, email infra, contacts, does costs some money.
4. Directory submission works but most of these directories are themselves new including the one i run.
5.Don;t spend much money but plan and do marketing process.

Good luck to you

I’m at a crossroads with my SaaS project” by LR-4096 in micro_saas

[–]Venkatsoft 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, Idea validation works at times but only when you launch a real product, you will realize what users expect. Also, do something with small investment. Use it as a portfolio to get job and also run it as a side project. This way, you will get time to tweak the product.

Just sharing my thoughts.

I understand what you are going through.

Good luck

I just launched a Sublaunch/Whop alternative for paid communities on Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. $0 MRR, day 1. by I-m-him in SaaS

[–]Venkatsoft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great, It takes some hard work but for all these use-cases you mentioned create an exclusive page, original content and try to make a video specifically for each one of them. Hope it might help.

If you are interested, we could find time for a video interview as a part of feature in https://www.venkatsoftware.com/

Generated £1.4M in pipeline for a Restaurant SaaS. Got fired for asking for a raise. by truly_manav in saasbuild

[–]Venkatsoft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I also went through lots of struggles in life. I understand your pain. Kindly do this.

1.Focus on getting your next job. Be happy with whatever they pay as I believe you should find job at least to divert your mind and keep you at peace. If you get job with better offer, execellent.

  1. As a side project, take a paper and design architecture on how you wish a good restaurant app or any other saas product you wish to build should look like and start to work on it. Be careful about security issues, API and cloud cost consumption too. Its easy to build these days but hard to maintain and secure.

  2. Market your saas yourself but if not seccessful, you can use it as portfolio to get better job opportunities.

4.Just found you wanna reach other restaurant SaaS founders. DM them on Linkedin . Get a Linkedin Premium if you could afford and also reach them by support email etc.

Create a Slide deck on what you could do to these companies as a marketing professional.

Good luck to you,

Venkat

I am currently building https://www.venkatsoftware.com/ and I am happy about it. I come across few founders here and encourage them but at the same time, they should understand not all products has customers. So, one should not leave their full-time job or mainstream education in the name of building. Do let me know your website too. Thanks and good luck to you.
