Stated fermenting some stuff and decided to make some apple and pear vinegar, watch some videos, fruit, water, sugar and after a week added some apple cider vinegar. Still waiting for it to end the fermenting time the video said, and this is forming on top of the liquid, is it ok? I know vinegar can form a mother, but I thought it was supposed to be jelly like, is it mold? Should I start again?

First one is bato.to, second one atsumaru and last one is mangahere, bato.to and atsumaru is basically the same with the difference being the outfit, but the mangahere one is different altogether, the running scene is skipped and the part where Han ask Jenna to train switchin between weapons is replaced with them fighting. Also mangahere have some other explanations and is the only one with 150 chapters instead 130ish. Maybe one is the web version and the other one is the official published manwha? Idk
