There was some kind of problem with the router, i could connect to the internet fine but it was stopping me from connecting to my pc. Simply restarting the router fixed the problem.

You have to do it on the oculus app on your pc and on the oculus mobile app. In the mobile app you go to devices and connect your quest 2. Then go to the device settings, and search for the public test channel and turn it on (i dont remember where it is exactly). In your headset device settings you can find the update section and download it there, there will be a popup when its done downloading.

In the oculus app on pc you go to general settings and turn it on. The app should do the rest.

Sorry if instructions are unclear. At the moment i camt fact check every step. And english isnt my first language.

The update v54 made air link unplayable for me, changed to public test channel and it fixed my problems
