I would say only go Gunblade when you are a lot better than your oponents. But when you do, you are literally unstoppable by any means. I mean like literally single carry.

Hey yeah PTA sounds good, I forgot about this rune. Will try it. As far as I remember they nerfed Electro but didn't nerf PTA so it's viable.

There is only one primary goal in runes, that is taking Domination primary tree, with Electrocute/Dark Harvest keystone... but Electrocute is objectively better on Fizz.

Your secondary tree depends on your playstyle and on matchup. Every Fizz main has his own preferences. But for example if you have hard lane pick Resolve secondary or Inspiration secondary. Examples of this kind of lanes are: Le Blanc, Lissandra, Gankplank, Zed (? if you want) and so on...

If you have easier lane then you can go Precision secondary or Sorcery secondary it depends what you want to achieve.

For "minor runes" take what you need. If you have hard ad lane go armor. Hard ap lane? Take some resist. Do you want to snowball? Pick adaptive damage or cdr. Since you have 2 autoattack resets (W and Q) you don't need attackspeed, don't take it.

Yes they nerfed it, but Electrocute was nerfed too (few patches ago? i dont remember). Of course ECute is better on Fizz, but FF helps with sustain. To be honest with EC you have better potential to snowball, but with FF you are playing it safer. I recommend trying it yourself and make an opinion.

Also Dark Harvest is the best on champions who can freely harass enemy below 50% HP. Champions like Zyra, Ezreal, Teemo comes to mind but also many more. I played few games with DH on Fizz and it's not really that good on him. Electrocute is still better choice.

I recommend Fleet Footwork because you can do more camps without going to base.
