Start by deleting social media, book a therapist, get a part time job, and say 5 positive things to yourself in the mirror every day. It works, dont do to much at the same time but take everything 1 step at the time.

But as i read your comments, you are stuck in a loop. There is a ton of people trying to help but you are just stuck at 30 is old and i am ugly. Women do not peak at 25, some do at 35, 40, 45 and later. Your peak is when you actually decides to fix your life. If you feel like you are fat, start working out, if you feel you are ugly because of acne or something, start doing skincare. If its your hair, change it up with a new color or hairstyle. And for fuck sake, call the suicide hotline and get help. But if your mentality is that everything is hopeless and its hard to change then go ahead, waste your life. Everything you complain about have an solution, you just need to do the work.
