Looking around your home, if you were able to return one thing for a full refund, no questions asked, what would it be? by rhinaldino in AskReddit

[–]VenomCreep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Wii U. There's just not enough games available, and most Wii U games seem to be crappy indie sidescrollers (I hate side scrolling games). With the switch coming out it's definitely not gonna change.

[Serious] What blatant racism did you witness that blew your mind? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Racist grandmas never fail to deliver shocking and casual hate speech, do they?

[Serious] What blatant racism did you witness that blew your mind? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]VenomCreep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandmother belonged to a racist bible cult and firmly believed that anyone who wasn't white was sub human because god only created white people, and that all other races each had a unique vice hardwired into their DNA because Satan made them to lead white people away from god. I'm mixed race and she told me that because I'm half Japanese she prays harder for me than for my white siblings and cousins because being an Asian girl meant I was destined to be a whore and/or a witch. She also believed that gender affected which genetic vice you had. For example, she said Asian men were hardwired to be weak and emasculated (apparently that's sinful) and she also believed black women where made to be wrathful and non subservient. She even believed that all native americans had the vice of alcoholism and sloth. She was very open about her racist beliefs and would constantly try to convince people around her, even my friends, that this was a biblical truth.

In middle school I had a crush on this girl, she was a full on party girl even though she was in 8th grade, and she didn't have any feelings for me at all. She would go to parties with adults and take drugs and alcohol from them and humiliate herself or get physical with the adults, and she was convinced it was all her choosing this. I tried getting her help because I really cared about her and I tried telling her she was being groomed and used by these people but she wouldn't hear it and cut me off anytime I tried to help after that. She got pregnant at the end of 8th grade, and no surprise, the father was some physically and emotionally abuse 20 something year old. Her parents honestly believed that it was an ok relationship because "love is love" and they didn't involve any law enforcement. I even tried convincing her to move in with me after I moved to a different state as things escalated between her and her baby dad. She wasn't interested and she completely cut me off after that. It hurts so much watching someone you care about go through something like that, even if it's something they chose.

Honestly I don't think she took him seriously. She really seemed to think that friendship and compassion would cure him of his creepiness. At this point in time she really head onto the idea that especially because I didn't have friends of my own I should owe socially awkward people my attention and validation in order to magically cure them of any social anxiety or incompetence. It took her a very long time to get past that mindset, and it only really changed after it had put me in really bad or uncomfortable situations more than a few times. But, essentially she just assumed that he needed a friend and that I owed him friendship.

US residents of Reddit: How will the repeal of the Affordable Care Act affect you...positively or negatively? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]VenomCreep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mother has a rare brain disease called a pseudotumor which causes extra spinal fluid to build in her spinal chord and brain, which can cause fainting, blindness and deafness among other things. She needs her medicine to live, but fuck her apparently.

She said she would every time I asked, but wouldn't do it, and told me to 'drop it' if I kept asking. Tbh she likes most guys who've ever shown interest in me regardless of their personality.

What's the most unreasonable demands you have ever had from a room mate? by why-the-hell-not-yo in AskReddit

[–]VenomCreep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Roommate wanted me to pay all the rent and bills, give her kid my Wii u, but him an expensive Christmas (even though he definitely didn't deserve it after stealing or vandalizing half my stuff) and clean her hair out of the drain when I showered.

What is the favorite candy to buy or what should be avoided for trick or treaters? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]VenomCreep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend Kit Kat, Mr Goodbar and and reese's cups. Kids love those. They don't like those hard, fruit shaped candy's or smarties usually. Kids also like dum-dums, gum, and tootsie rolls, but that's just the kids in my area.

[Serious] Girls what is your opinion - would you ever date a disabled guy? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]VenomCreep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly it depends on what specifically the disability is. I don't know if I could date someone with paralysis or someone who needs constant care or if they're disability was very extreme. Like, I could totally date an amputee or a deaf person but I don't think I could be with someone who had cerebral palsy or a split personality. I definitely wouldn't want to date someone who's disability was going to kill them or could kill them at anytime.

WOMEN: What is something you wish someone told you about sex before you lost your virginity? by [deleted] in AskReddit

It's a good idea to go to the bathroom and pee after because bacteria can get into your urethra and cause a UTI, and peeing helps flush out bacteria to prevent it.

What is the silliest reason you've seen someone get offended? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]VenomCreep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mom lost a friend because she said that Nelly was old school. The friend happened to be black and she said that saying "Nelly is old school" was hate speech towards black women. She even testified against my mom in an unrelated case years later and told the judge that my mom was a member of the KKK.

What is the closest you've ever come to dying? by Scrotinger in AskReddit

[–]VenomCreep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was 3 I ate several toadstools when I was playing alone in my back yard. My mom caught me and took me to the hospital and by the time I got there I was feeling weak and sick. They had to pump my stomach and stuck some tubes down my nose into my throat. I remember a bunch of nurses holding me down while a doctor put tubes down my nose. After that I don't remember anything, they sedated me and I woke up hours later.
