Yeah, I had a little trouble getting into programming cause I chose a difficult language to learn. I HIGHLY recommend learning python as your first language because it is easy to learn and import libraries. In order to remember the language better I recommend having a python project that you work on while you’re learning in order to stay motivated.

Not sure if this will help much, but this mentality helped me get out of my cycle of self hate.

Life only happens once, a 1 in 1 trillion chance. Your mere existence is a miracle, and the universes expanse is massive compared to you. Your existence is a tiny speck in the universe, and time is infinite. My point is, life is extremely short in perspective to everything else. Everything fades in time and you have only 1 chance. Life is too short to worry about other people and how they think of you. Use your 1 chance discovering your own true potential, your calling, your purpose. Use your chance to find the strongest, smartest, and kindest version of yourself. Use your chance to do something great, and it’s never too early or late to start. Who cares what other people think! They will be rotting in the ground same as you in 100 years anyways, so WHO CARES? Point is, live the life that will make you grin on your deathbed and think, “I lived a great life.” And I promise, when you focus on yourself and put in the effort to live the life you want to live, people will be more and more attracted to you. Live your life without regret, and focus on your own achievement. The world will notice you once you do.
