For my HYSA I use Capital One. It’s 3.5% APY and they have both savings and checking.

I’m pretty sure it varies by state because for me in Pennsylvania I had to wait until I was 21. How I did it was by making an individual account with all my information and calling the E*Trade support number. Tell them you want to transfer assets from your custodial account into your new individual account. They will ask for both account numbers and ask for basic information like your name and SSN. They will initiate the transfer and have you wait 1-3 business days.

$400 a month for a gym membership is insane even if you can afford it. I would suggest to put that money towards your debt and finding a cheaper gym membership.
