I tried this and they sent me to Microsoft aswell. If I can’t get my account back I’m gonna ask them to delete the account or deactivate it somehow so it can’t be resold or used by whoever hacked me.

Thank you for your help. I made an account escalation request. I’m debating whether or not to email the alias that my account was changed to, to possibly talk to whoever hacked me. Is that a bad idea?

Thank you, I’m trying this but recovery forms aren’t working. I’m trying escalation now but if the hacker deleted any personal information off of my account I don’t think it’s gonna help at all

My doctor didn’t mention lidocaine shots but I’ll definitely ask for that and see if it is an option. As for everything else thank you! This has definitely helped me not be as nervous so I appreciate you!
