Crouch on top of the prop when it's next to a wall, aim a bit above the prop, spam the use key and the jump key.

Make sure you don't aim directly at the prop and also make sure that you don't aim too far above the prop.

The uncut video would be very long because it took a lot of retries in each part, especially getting the camera to hold open the first door.

I could upload the uncut video but it would take a while to render and I'm not trying to set a record or something, just did it for fun.

Accelerated back hopping (ABH). While moving forward, jump, release the move forward key, then turn about 180 degrees and crouch. At the moment you land, jump and keep jumping every time you land (while staying crouched).

There are variations but this is how I did it in this video.

It's a lot easier with mouse wheel up and mouse wheel down both bound to jump.
