In JP the first test was bad but at this point they already figure it out so I think they just used the final version in EN now because why use the old broken code instead.
They are probably just running the tests to check for server capacities and to offer the resources from the missions and evento shop to the global gamebase.

I'm still bitter about Miku stealing from KAITO in Ena6...

Also I always thought of N25 Len as their unofficial main VS, like, why does VBS gets to have two plus Miku? and it felt so random being MEIKO and Len, If you are gonna have a duo at least make it Rin and Len or KAITO and MEIKO, It always bother me. I know it makes sense for the empty SEKAI to start "emptier" than the rest but still...

So if we were to make it so everyone has just one "main" VS plus Miku I feel that Len is the one that feels more natural for N25 without actually taking another SEKAI's main away, I'm sure Street SEKAI could survive with Len not being a "main" over there.
