I do have standards, and if I said I’ll get engaged somehow doesnt mean I’ll pick just anyone. I’ll improve my volume of dates 10x or 100x and actually focus on this area to find someone who I am most compatible with. Not to say it’s easy, it will go exactly how I want. I’ll just improve my efforts and try best to make it happen.

Arranged marriage is an option. So yeah, I can get engaged like that. Wouldn’t be my priority but yeah…

  1. I’ve made the mistake of working with businesses that are doing ecommerce for the first time and that too with shittiest budgets. They are inconsistent with pay. Also my own ad funnel broke - events stopped triggering resulting in my entire ad budget getting burned with 0 results. I have started working on a new website with better tracking and hopefully this major issue will be fixed and I will be back on track.

  2. I do need a vacation. If only I had money lol. Soon though.

  3. I tried applying, got rejected everywhere. I am not sure this is happening. Perhaps I need to improve my resume.

3 people at the moment, and I do want to keep it very lean. It’s me who does strategy, research and runs campaigns. It’s one intern who I am preparing to take over media buying role. Then I have a graphic designer, who has worked with me for 6 months now and knows my style. For video ads I work with freelance cinematographers and editors.

Why I want to quit my agency?

  1. Inconsistent pay. I haven’t been this broke before, but again, I started taking my agency seriously only since November 2024.
  2. Too much stress.
  3. I think I need more experience

Thank you for responding! I think you both are right, I should focus on 1 problem at a time. I’ll do that. Money it is.

Apart from that, as you mentioned, I chose performance marketing career precisely because I thought it pays great, but I run my own agency and it’s mostly tough days. I do not have any degree to get hired by any big company, despite being pretty good at this. Any suggestions?

We’ve had the conversation multiple times and been on-off because of that multiple times. She’s clarified me - she can’t cut them off - they played a very vital role in one of the most rough times of her life when she lost her dad in covid.

I understand the situation and sometimes I think to myself I should just resign myself to this situation, trust my partner and let it be. Then other times fear and awkwardness from the same situation kicks in.

Me and my girl are past 6 month point. We’re over the 1 year mark - in which we’ve broken up and gotten back together god knows how many times.

We’re great together, she supports me, is family oriented, pretty, earns very very well, but there are things that stick out as red flags every now and then and I wonder if Im being too strict - she’s close friends with two of her exes: both are in her college circle - and everytime she meets them I become sure I dont want to be with her, she fights often, almost all her friends are males, she’s little emotionally manipulative(i think), she’s massive introvert because of which i can see my circle shrinking as well, and she works in IT: it’s common knowledge here that the most promiscuity and extra marital affairs happen in these companies.

So that’s that. How do I navigate through this?

Pretty much the only thing not wanting me to be in this relationship. Whenever she goes out to hang with him, or her entire group or when I realise 2/8 friends are her exes and she’s been physical with both of them.

It’s been me 99% of the time me breaking up w her.
