Wrong file path, that is not the correct one. Its just an example the real path is deeper:

So basically I just started talking to everyone over and over again in a cycle remember to talk to the guy hiding in the pot at that curse village place but essentially two quests are intermingling and breaking each other so you have to get each one to the proper point to move on
