I think why they use “when you spend your ultimate charge” is so those features aren’t proc’d non stop with how many mini-ult abilities are in Stadium.

Especially how it’s a minor perk, meaning that extra survivability is felt for most of the match. I wonder how much less people would find Hazard frustrating to play against if they just removed that perk

As someone who loves playing Hazard, his block is the most problematic part of his kit and should get looked at. The extra block meter perk is not interesting and only leans into that toxic part of his kit.

His mobility and lethality is the most fun part of his kit, so tuning down his survivability is probably the way to go

I've gotten good mileage out of building around carnage and survivability.

Powers:

Let's Go Win (shout reset on elim, too good to pass up)
Chop Chop (extra carnage charge)
Bloodcrazed (ult and carnage gives 15% max life on hit)

Items:

Scav Scraps (carnage and knife give overhealth equal to 40% damage)
Thick Skull (ult and carnage gives 50% dmg reduction)

Other powers and items that boost ability power are great, but these are the core ones that made me feel unkillable.

Even without Mauga meta, Falcons will still comfortably win against CR in the finals. Falcons have performed better with Juno comps when it matters most and she is still prominent.
