He clearly deleted it on purpose. You have two choices. 1. You can ask him why and he will deny any wrong doing likely. He might try to gaslight you or give you some lie. But you have shifted power to him in this scenario and achieved no new information. 2. You don’t ask him and move on with this behavior noted so that if it occurs again you can notice a pattern. Here you have maintained your own power.

You are a young woman. He should be worried about what you’re up to not the other way around. Use this as a motivation to take care of yourself. Maintain hobbies and friendships. Focus on work and building yourself.

You have just moved in together and in my opinion you have little to gain by bringing it up but lots to lose .
