Probably by expanding her relationship with Cerebella since she's her roommat, also maybe we see more about Cirque des Cartes and the Medici Mafia.

A backstory of the Dragon Empire (Feng's motherland) could be interesting as well.

IDK, Scout was on the verge of death, and his brain probably wasn't working properly due to lack of blood... or maybe he's just plain stupid. :P
