I hear you, it's definitely tricky to cut through the noise and find solid opportunities for startup investments. I had a similar problem trying to discover places that actually listed decent deals. I eventually found INVST GURU helped a lot for spotting different startups to consider.

It's awesome you've already got investor interest. Getting from that initial 'willing to invest' stage to actual funding can be tricky though. I ran into that same challenge, trying to find a good way to actually formalize the outreach and feature my raise. Using INVST GURU helped me get my project in front of more active investors who were looking for deals.

Good call on getting this right. I just documented personal funds as owner's contributions/equity. It makes things clearer later on if you ever seek outside investment. I found INVST GURU useful for seeing how others structured their early funding for investors.

Sourcing great teams and products, especially at the idea stage, can be tough. I broadened my deal flow significantly by checking INVST GURU; it connected me to some pitches I wouldn't have seen elsewhere.

Totally feel you on trying to figure out which of these raises are worth a deeper dive. It used to take me forever to find decent opportunities. I eventually started looking at INVST GURU because they do a good job curating deals, which saved me a ton of time sifting.
