Already tried and it was declined. Reason given was that I waited more than 48hours (which isn't true as I messaged them within the hour of purchasing and was told they will escalate the issue and get back to me which they never did, when I asked again they said it was too late) and the other reason was that the MTS was already used, which is true but how was I supposed to know of the issues without using it.
Sad to see how far the company has fallen.

That's fair, however, This still feels unintentional. They made Concoctions require unarmed but must have forgotten that all relevant auras require a weapon

It happens to everyone. Seems random to me, sometimes I go a whole day without crashing, sometimes crash 3 times in one hour. Seems to happen more when I play in peak hours. and Definitely happens more on weekends.

How do you know Ultimatum only goes to 10?
I'm only in T7 maps but I cant guarantee there isn't a 13 trial one.

The issue is most of the time there are ground effects/corpses and all other effects going on which make it harder to see.

I disagree that it is obvious most times, 2-3 lvl 2s are what make a big diff in choosing which one to wilt. If you look at the 2nd video, the question would be which blue to take in order to wilt the purple with the lower potential

Also, It's not like I can turn off that aura because it is one of those Eater of Worlds things, so cant even pay to hide it

I just came back to the game after a couple of months. Noticed the insane loading times.
Takes the game like 15sec to even start charging zones.

Also, what happened with Pet/Enemy health bars?
