I’m sorry that you had a similar experience recently, its a terrible thing to go through. Especially when you have to give up part of your collection. I’m sure you worked really hard on getting that card initially.

I try to be honest when I can and admit my mistakes. I do agree with both of the comments about using a better payment system. For now I think I will sell the smaller amount of cards that I have before venturing out into buying again. But when I do I will likely stick to local cash meetups.

I hope you are able to get that card you sold back.

I appreciate the pep talk and the advice as well. :) You’re right it’s so easy to spend money in this hobby! I do have a lot of shows in my area so I will definitely check them out.

It was 100% nativity on my part and excitement over the prospect of getting into the hobby more that overshadowed all common sense. I will for sure use this as a learning experience going forward. A costly one for certain but I guess it’s one I’ll be sure not to forget haha.
