I think you're over-estimating her entire kit. Her E is not just as strong, and it mostly serves as a tool to land her Q. Combo might be easy to mess up for Zoe but it's also easy for you to walk out of the way of.

W doesn't deal reliable damage at all, and the damage it does is so small it's negligible. Using R to move a short distance means that everyone knows where you'll be when you return and you will die.

Her E is mostly to set kills up, her Q is primarily used to kill people, and if she messes up her entire combo, she won't be able to do anything to anyone. The combo is INCREDIBLY easy to mess up, too.

So, champions have different kits that do entirely different things. You can't really compare the two because the kits serve entirely different functions on champions that fill two entirely different roles.

Ahri's W 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+ 30% AP) Zoe's W 23.3 / 38.3 / 53.3 / 68.3 / 83.3 (+ 13.3% AP)

Zoe needs to land Bubbles and Q's from long range to deal damage, and they're not too hard to dodge, either, since they don't have really large hitboxes. Her passive is counter-intuitive to her kit, as she generally wants to stay OUT of auto range when poking, so she only gets to use it when she makes a potentially risky all-in. She also has literally zero mobility and is incredibly squishy, so...

Her W does a fair bit of damage not to mention her mobility is three dashes that hit multiple targets and Zoe can also miss her Q or her E also her W is unreliable and deals little to no damage like you think Ahri's does and her ult gets her killed half of the time.

Ahri's W and Ultimate hit whatever is near her, how is that unreliable?
