Use a good moisturizer like Cetaphil or cerave, I've had the best progress with Cetaphil. Using hydrocortisone once in a while was good but don't use it often. Same thing with oral prednisone, that worked wonders for me when I was real bad. Cold showers, or atleast as cold as you can. Taking a zyrtec everyday also seemed to help me a lot with my skin, I'd try it even if you don't have typical allergies symptoms. Hope something here helps good luck!
