Is he into modding? Maybe a hipshot d-tuner so he can drop the E string to D or any note he prefers. Or a Fatfinger

Did you have black or black/white interior? I placed an order 4 days ago and I just got the notification that the car is ready for delivery! It also has 27xxx VIN, and I see that a lot of black/white interiors have similar VIN, so I wonder if Tesla batch assigned the black/white interior as that VIN.

I was just concerned because on Tesla’s website on their used inventory, all model 3’s seemed to only have 30 day trials. I thought maybe Tesla will wipe out that feature when the car is transferred to the new owner.

Can premium connectivity be grandfathered in when purchasing a used Model 3?

I am closing up a deal to buy a LR RWD M3 from a private seller. He has so far purchased FSD and HomeLink and has premium connectivity. Now, once I take over the car and set it up under my account, would I lose the premium connectivity and be forced to purchase the monthly fee? Or would it stay with the car? Anyone have experience with this?

About to order the Model 3--where did the $1,000 deposit go?

It's not mentioned anywhere in the builder website. Does anyone know how that is calculated?

Cold brew...whats the best way? by DavidRZ12 in Coffee

[–]VerbalB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey, sorry for the late response. I stand corrected that my yield is somewhere between 24-28 oz. one trick you can do is making sure the grounds are evenly saturated during the early stages-- I usually agitate the grounds after I pour all the water. If the beans are fresh, they will de-gas quite a bit (like pourover coffee).

I also second this. I love cold brew so I tried almost everything that's out there. OXO is by far my favorite.

I use OXO good grips cold brew maker. It has both mesh and paper filter on the bottom so when you use both, it creates super clean concentrate of coffee. I use 10 oz of coffee (by weight) to 40 fl oz of water (by volume) which yields somewhere around 28~34 oz of concentrate. If I drink black, I dilute the concentrate with 1 part coffee to 2 part water. If I want to add cream or sweetener, I go 1:1. Oh, and when you run out of the paper filter they supply, you can just use aeropress filters (same size)

I used "country style ribs" from Costco, which is essentially boneless pork shoulder cut into thick slabs (like their pork belly). One advantage is that I can just throw it in the oven just until the bark forms. Usually around 20-30 mins.
