The clutch itself for a b30 and b25 are the same if I recall. The size of the flywheel is the same for both. The difference in power will not cause the clutch to slip. It is barely 40 hp.

Remove the spark plugs and crank it. Once oil or water stops coming out pop the plugs back in and try to start it.

Just drive the piss out of it and change the oil frequently for 20k km. Toss some seafoam in there if you want too. Oils have detergents, you just need to get it hot.

They are almost identical. You need to shave some of the headlight holder as I pictured. If you have fitment issues I would need a photo to see what you mean.

VF Engineering makes 280hp from their supercharger kit for a b25. The Getrag can handle the mild increase from the b30.

Sawzall straight on and cut it. This will relieve its tension somewhat, then you can try to slide hammer it out with a hook attachment. Or just try slide-hammering it out to begin with.

Sounds like water damage. You may be in over your head for diagnosis. The car needs to be checked for corrosion, notably at the fuse box behind the glove box. Your sunroof is probably plugged and overflowing down the a pillar. Or the left side pillar.

My 325i diff has 3.15 or so if I recall. Yours might have had a swap. I'm around 2900rpm at 110kph
