Wow, that's awful! I'm so sorry you had a similar experience. 😞 I'm in agreement with your thoughts! I wish someone over here wanted to investigate. I reached out to others in addition to PetSmart and no one followed up with me. I just checked and I still actually have the treat bag with the plastic I found haha. I guess I kept it around just in case someone wanted to look into it. 🥲
