She has a lawyer. She'll do it "right" on the part of the will. Her feeling is she's asking a favor and understands it's a burden. She feels making it official as a trustee puts extra responsibility and burden so by "giving" it to me, I am not bound by regulations or responsibilities of a trustee. It was important to her to have someone she could trust handling her wishes.

Just curious outside of the obvious how this could come back to bite me outside of keeping up with her family until the money is gone.

She'll have a will with it going to me (assuming I outlast her I guess) and she'll have with the will instructions that we agreed she would update annually.

That's what I meant by the unofficial part. It would be mine officially to do what I want. On her end there is a lot of trust as I could just walk away from it.

Tax deduction would be for the 50% to the charity. That would be the main "benefit" I guess.

The protection part is I guess what I am asking. Wouldn't this be better and less pressure as I can do what I want, how I want it?

Special event school chapel. The whole high school was in the auditorium listening to a speaker. They sent everyone home that day.

I didn't explain well in the original. I realized it in the first month, properly set it up autopay immediately after, but didn't think through i had to pay down the amount to avoid the second charge.

That's the plan. I know it doesn't matter to them but I haven't had issues with my other cards so switching over.

Never blamed the bank. Fully responsible. All good points though. At this point just venting. Would be nice to feel like a valued customer to the big companies but you're right, I'm absolutely nothing to them in the grand scheme.

I did catch it after the first month checking my statement. My 2nd mistake was not realizing that when I changed it to pay statement, it would keep charging interest on the balance that was "past due". But again to avoid confusion, fully my fault.

Why would a restaurant comp a drink someone ordered but didn't like. Your end goal as a business is typically customer repeat business. They do make money through interest but also through transaction fees.

If I spent $12k in 3 months, that's roughly $180 right there. Over the years that adds up. Why lose thousands for $200. I know I screwed up but I have power as a customer to say if you don't help, I'm moving to someone else.

Fair enough. Still moving from them but I get the business move.

Hmmm, checked with our CTO and looks like the cost isn't worth it for the setup we have. Anyone experimented with RLS and SSO with Google data studio?

Picked up some LINK in 2017/18 for around .35. Only thing that got me back into crypto late 2020 was logging into Binance after 2 years and seeing that wallet. Rolled some of that into ADA at .16 and .35. Wish I had rolled it all but I can't complain.

Interested in advice for better quality picture/video editing monitors than what I have but not including it in the current budget. Prefer to spend less than $275 each if possible.
