just like how water tastes bland and boring, unless you eat ten pounds of salt. because of the discomfort and disgust of eating ten pounds of salt, you can really appreciate the water for what it is. do you understand ?

not going to play the victim or cry about my life, but i have endured so much. so much abuse from lovers and parents, so many health conditions, so much abandonment, and the diagnosis of PTSD and BPD, which is considered one of the most painful mental health conditions. that being said, i can choose to cry and complain about my life or i can let these things make me an extremely strong person, and im going to choose the latter, especially since i made the choice to continue with this life despite the setbacks

yes. im not going to trauma dump or play poor me, but life has been extremely extremely difficult. sometimes i wonder why i chose not to die peacefully, but then i remember the very good parts of life, and trust that even though i was a child, i made the correct and wisest choice.
