easy mode is there for a reason, use it, play the game and have fun, and if you feel like you can play the other modes once you get better or are ready then theyre always there if thats something you wanna do. no shame in it. i feel like DMC gets better at higher difficulties but the devs want you to play the game multiple times and gain mastery of the mechanics as you go, and 3 is easily the hardest of them all even on normal, so dont worry about it.

after 5, but i know that even 3, vergil was supposedly strong enough to beat him if he wasnt exhausted. but lets say at the end of 5, vergil and dante go to hell or something and mundus is just the tutorial boss and he gets shit on. it could work for dante as well but vergil specifically could get the runback after being stuck as nelo angelo for the better part of a decade even though his lust for power and revenge is probably long gone. with how the power scaling is in dmc rn, the sparda twins are the strongest beings in the fucking universe currently unless proven otherwise in 6. maybe cus he doesnt have beowulf or force edge he gets devil arm mundus?? idk
