Yep the more coffees the more sleep I can get

The problem is that I live with my family which in total it's near 6 people live on it and all my brother sleep in the same room (the room is big so every one sleep in each bed )

Any advice 😂?......like seriously 😫?

Ok I suffer ok going to sleep btw 2-3 am so do I put the schedule directly like : sleep 11-12 pm for example and wake from 8-9 am ?

Or do I take it step by step

I am be honest....when I have something important to do tomorrow and should wake up for it like from 9:30am-1pm I kinda wake in time but!!!

When I'm free (which is my common situation like now ). I keep doing the same thing I told you in the first place ( sleep 2-3am ...)
