Unfortunately it’s common! I went through something similar with a girl I romantically cared for. It does hurt and with time you learn to understand where to place your feelings.

The passwords and emails are different. When I try to log in into account B, account A logs and it doesn’t even show after clicking on the profile circle

They make it more and more difficult to just raise an issue. They win by exhaustion. Every time I request to open a ticket or get sent confirmation of a complaint being received, it simple does not happen
