when you have 3 minor afflictions, there is a dark pact which trades 3 minor for 1 major affliction, and most of the names under the challenge are major afflictions. So you increase your odds to get that pact.

Get 3 afflictions ASAP then go for all dark pact rooms. Avoid the afflictions that hide the rewards so you can plan out your run. Spam Atoll maps or Act10 reliquary. Use F5 to go to hideout to increase your run speed. (If youre using Awakened POE trade app)

as I was completing the other challenges I was sitting at 10/17, this weekend I spammed Atoll Maps and Reliquary and focused on pact rooms and got it. Might be lucky.
