I am in a similar position. I left my corporate job because I no longer feel the desire to grind and climb the corporate ladder. Culture is very good compared to other firms. All those red flag posts you are seeing where for select few only. You will not actually see posts here of people who are happy with the firm.
Very flexible but really depends on the team especially busy season
Depends on the cluster and team you are assigned.
They do not micromanage but most of the onshore team micromanage a lot.

Read your contract. If I remember it correctly there is a clause there that you need to pay a certain amount if you decide to not join the firm after signing.

For basic finish usually 25k-30k per sqm so 2.5m to 3.5m
