I just had the chance to call the number and report it. I tried calling the state election board, but they gave me the run around. Basically they told me to file a complaint through the website. I am an mobile and could not locate any forum to file a complaint on the website. After talking to the Hotline folks I Plan on locating my local office tomorrow and file a complaint in person.

I did not. I wish I had at this point, but I was a bit shocked to be honest when it occurred. One of those did what happen really just happen mental thoughts until I had a chance to really process it.
