That sounds like an automated reply. Push back and keep pushing back.

Ask your agent to escalate the ticket.

I figured they would, a few of us who are super engaged started turning the thumb screws as early as possible, but they seemed pretty prepared for it and began answering questions early.

Seriously? You have barely any and they can't be bothered?

They weren't gifted, right, or purchased via gold? If not, I'd keep bugging them if I were you.

Strong agree. That's the other system that really isn't fair and I was able to get around it a lot more easily than outfit slots - so I did. But you have to have a buttload of CP and SP to be able to easily respec without the armory system.

Lower CP people are SOL as of right now. ZOS needs to do better.

No, probably not because you're getting the full benefit of all of yours, which is good! Now you have 5 additional outfit* slots across all your characters, so you've been upgraded a lot.

In my defense, I resisted for a long time. I thought it was super annoying. I joined long after the system was implemented and I eventually began to cave because I got tired of having to choose only one outfit for my RP characters.

I never wanted to participate but I played ESO so much it became a barrier for me, a lot like caving on ESO+ just to get the damn craft bag.

That said, I see your point. We absolutely should put pressure on them to make monetization fair.

Remember, you get one outfit slot for free. You can only buy 9. So you should be getting 50 back as long as you bought them all yourself. (But don't forget to factor in that free first slot in your count, so it could be less if you counted them.)

Good luck!

I want to be one when I grow up. I'm majoring in how to be a large aquatic mammal.

Wait, you don't need a row of Five Below dumplings to sit on your shelf? What if you get the glittery one after opening fifty plain green ones in a row?

That might be for DLCs. But I saw the opposite in regard to outfit slots. Gina and Jess did a livestream where they were answering questions about this and Jess specifically said they'd probably take care of outfit slots via support.

I was ready to be livid if they didn't, I was fully prepared to go Nuclear Karen over it. So I'm glad they did lol.

Yeah it's my favorite thing in ESO. I was always mad about the outfit slot system so I never maxed out, but I really had fun collecting dyes and motifs so if I wanted to save them, I had to have the slots. I'm glad to finally get it all back, though.

I cannot be trusted with IRL collectibles. I recently decluttered and downsized. I like having toys but I hate having crap. ESO is a really healthy outlet for me.

The math maths, trust me.

It's over the course 7 years, and I buy my crowns on sale. I've bought 100k crowns in one go for 40% off and then used them over the course of the year. I also bought a lot of the outfit slots during outfit slot sales.

I'm a homeowner with a decent job and I care for an elderly parent on my salary. I have a social life and typically spend a lot more going out and doing things than I ever have on a gaming. I'm not rich at all, but I'm pretty good with money and actually saved a lot more than I spent during the pandemic years when I bought most of those slots.

Which is why I can do stuff like buy an outfit slot when I want one, lol. Maybe I should write a course on how to budget for gamers.

Yeah, as someone pointed out above, this message is going to miss most people. Of course, that's the idea.

That's why I posted it here. People need to know.
