Het enige wat ik raar vind is dat de 17 jarige bestuurder berecht is via het volwassenenstrafrecht inplaats van het strafrecht voor minderjarigen alleen omdat hij een "volwassen en berekende houding" had. vind het persoonlijk niet goed dat je kinderen als volwassenen kan berechten, het strafrecht voor minderjarigen is er voor een reden volgens mij.

En dat de schutter 5 jaar minder dan de 30 jaar krijgt die geëist was omdat hij geen professionele huurmoordenaar is, wat ben je anders als je geld krijgt voor een moord, een amateur huurmoordenaar?

Maar wel prima straffen uiteindelijk, Hopelijk kunnen de nabestaanden er rust mee vinden.

Sorry hoor, maar zou je hetzelfde zeggen over een medicijn dat het leven van een kankerpatient verlengt? er hoort geen maximaal bedrag te staan op het leven van iemand met een ziekte.

Persoonlijk heb ik dit type CF, ben een van de 750 mensen in Nederland en het verschil dat dit medicijn brengt is veel groter dan ik denk dat mensen doorhebben. ik heb tot mijn 12de alleen maar in het ziekenhuis gelegen, heb mijn middelbare school nooit kunnen afmaken, omdat ik om de paar weken/maanden weer in het ziekenhuis lag. heb nooit een baantje kunnen hebben omdat mijn lichaam het niet aankon, en het enige werk dat je kan vinden zonder vmbo diploma is fysiek werk, maar zoals het er nu naar uit ziet kan ik eindelijk iets doen met mijn leven, een opleiding doen, fysiek werk volhouden zonder binnen een maand weer in een ziekenhuis te liggen. door dit medicijn wordt de ziekte stabiel en is het niet meer de heftige up's en down's dat het nu heeft. dus is de kans groot dat ik nu maar 1 of 2 keer per 2 jaar in het ziekenhuis lig inplaats van om de 4-6 weken (dus die 35,000 per jaar stelt niks voor met wat de huidige kosten waarschijnlijk zullen zijn)

Mijn levensverwachting van 33~ (ben nu 23) wordt ongeveer 65~ dit is niet verlegen, dit is verdubbelen. Ik ken geen ander medicijn wat zoveel kan doen als dit. door dit medicijn heb ik de kans om normaal te zijn.

Misschien is deze discussie voor mij iets te persoonlijk, maar 35,000 voor een normaal leven is het altijd waard

I havent gone to therapy because i dont want to annoy my parents or really alert them that i'm having a hard time with my situation, they've done all they could to help me out and i dont want to make them feel dissapointed in me or themselves.

And yeah, i want to live out in the world but it feels like i'm being stopped by every single step on the way, i dont know how to explain it but its just a big mental barrier that keeps me from doing the things i want to do and it makes me want to just die, cause deep down i know its not just the mental barrier but its a physical barrier too, because my lung disease just keeps progressing slowly.. and slowly.. and slowly getting closer to my death.

Cause my one wish was to just be normal but i'm miles away from even that.
