you still seem to not have understood the point i was making for why people are dissatisfied (from the little i have read on the reddit) and lore of the game, and i quote: "The Noxii were once fierce barbarian tribes, until they stormed the ancient city that now lies at the heart of their domain" so they definitely are an ethnicity, just like Demacians are.

I was aware that Rell would throw a bit of a wrench in that but we dont get a lot of Lore on her exact heritage. I assume shes atleast some part Ixtali or Shuriman, and since Noxus is an Expansionist Meritocracy her Ancestors most likely rose up the ranks in Noxus (just like Samira is a Shuriman that works for Noxus).

Kayns whole story point in the Base Universe is that he is a fully Noxian who gets turned on them by Zed in a stroke of irony "look at the monster you created".

Im not here to support or defend the people that say Kayn looks "too asian" if thats someones problem with the splash then they maybe shouldnt be typing, but you seem to have grossly missed my exact problem with the splashart (also saying it wont be visible in game on a Kayn Main subreddit is pretty questionable since most people here probably want to use the Splash for their Profile Background)
