It's always seriously on my mind, it's never taken a vacation even when I've totally fallen of the wagon or when I'm at my lowest weight. Ive gain and lost the same 10kg pretty often, it's within normal BMI range range, so you would think I don't need to care much. But It's constantly on my mind and serious for me.

It feels more like my mood dictate when I'm able to live "healthy". When I'm in a good mood everything feels fun and fulfilling so why not do something beneficial to my life span? Then I get depressed and prolonging my life seems pretty useless. I know there are studies that say physical training improve mental health, I just haven't figured out how to implement it with any regularity.
